Our Mission

My Steward Registry exists to help owners document, preserve, organize, verify, and share the history of the assets they care about through trusted records, supporting documentation, and responsible stewardship.

The Platform stores documentation, organizes records, and presents evidence. It does not determine truth, certify condition, establish ownership, or make conclusions on behalf of buyers, sellers, owners, inspectors, service providers, or other users.

Definitions

Throughout these Terms, “Assets” includes, but is not limited to:

Automobiles
Trucks
Motorcycles
Boats
Recreational vehicles
Trailers
Heavy equipment
Agricultural equipment
Historical machinery
Specialty equipment
Collectibles
Any additional asset categories supported by the Platform now or in the future.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use the Platform. If you are under the applicable age, you may only use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

User Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining accurate account information.
Keeping your username and password secure.
All activity that occurs under your account.
Promptly notifying My Steward Registry of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the integrity or security of the Platform.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant My Steward Registry a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use your content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, promote, and provide the Platform and its services.

You represent and warrant that:

You own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to upload it.
Your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload false, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading information.
Upload copyrighted material without authorization.
Upload malicious software or harmful code.
Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users.
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Documentation Standards & Verification

My Steward Registry stores and displays documentation submitted by owners, businesses, inspectors, service providers, and other contributors.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Records represent the documentation submitted by the contributor.
Verification labels identify only the source or level of documentation.
My Steward Registry does not independently verify every record.
Users are responsible for evaluating documentation before relying upon it.

Verification labels may include:

Owner Submitted
Business Submitted
Verified
Inspected
Certified (where applicable)

These labels do not guarantee ownership, authenticity, condition, safety, workmanship, or market value.

AI-Assisted Features

The Platform may use third-party artificial intelligence services to assist with:

Reading receipts and invoices
Organizing documentation
Extracting information
Building timelines
Suggesting milestones
Generating summaries
Improving search
Assisting Featured Projects
Other documentation-related features

AI-generated information is provided solely as a convenience.

Users remain fully responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and approving all AI-generated information before relying upon or publishing it.

My Steward Registry makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated information.

Ownership of Assets

The existence of an Asset or documentation within the Platform does not establish legal ownership.

Users are solely responsible for independently verifying ownership, title, authenticity, and legal rights relating to any Asset.

Asset Records & Claiming

Some Assets may already exist within the Platform because records were submitted by participating businesses, previous owners, or authorized contributors.

Eligible owners may claim Assets and manage the visibility of their records.

Claiming an Asset does not automatically remove historical documentation previously contributed to that Asset.

Marketplace

Users may choose to:

List an Asset for sale.
Mark an Asset as “Entertaining Offers.”
Keep documentation private without offering the Asset for sale.

My Steward Registry provides only the Platform for documentation, listings, and communication.

My Steward Registry is not:

A dealer
A broker
An auctioneer
An escrow provider
A financing company
An insurer
A transportation provider
A vehicle inspector

Users are solely responsible for:

Negotiations
Purchase agreements
Inspections
Title transfers
Shipping
Taxes
Compliance with applicable laws
Warranties
Payments

All transactions occur entirely at the users’ own risk.

Featured Projects

Featured Projects showcase restorations, preservation efforts, historical Assets, educational content, custom builds, and other noteworthy stories selected because of their historical, educational, preservation, restoration, or community value.

Selection as a Featured Project does not imply endorsement, certification, appraisal, verification, or approval by My Steward Registry.

We reserve the right to feature, edit, decline, or remove Featured Projects at our discretion.

No Professional Advice

Information presented through the Platform is provided for informational purposes only.

Nothing contained within the Platform constitutes legal, financial, tax, insurance, engineering, mechanical, appraisal, or other professional advice.

Users should consult qualified professionals before making decisions regarding any Asset.

Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the My Steward Registry Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, branding, logos, graphics, design, layout, and original content, is owned by My Steward Registry LLC or its licensors.

Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Platform content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party websites or services.

My Steward Registry is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, products, services, or privacy practices of third-party providers.

Availability & Platform Changes

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without prior notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY STEWARD REGISTRY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY STEWARD REGISTRY LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

Use of the Platform
Inability to use the Platform
Reliance upon Platform information
Transactions between users
AI-generated information
Documentation submitted by contributors

USERS ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH BUYING, SELLING, DOCUMENTING, MAINTAINING, OR RELYING UPON INFORMATION DISPLAYED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Steward Registry LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

Your use of the Platform.
Your uploaded content.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your infringement of another person’s rights.

Data Retention

Preserving documented history is a core purpose of My Steward Registry.

Accordingly, Asset records—including service history, photographs, timelines, inspections, warranties, and supporting documentation—are generally retained even if a user account is deactivated.

Certain records may be removed, modified, or restricted where required by law or as otherwise determined by My Steward Registry.

Force Majeure

My Steward Registry shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, power failures, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if:

You violate these Terms.
Your conduct threatens the Platform or its users.
We believe termination is necessary to protect the integrity, security, or operation of the Platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of New Hampshire.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

When significant changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and may provide additional notice through the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
